Common Usage & Tips: Useful for cold, flu, or sinus conditions with runny nose or congestion. Especially useful when there is thick, yellow nasal discharge. Infusions are an easy to use and mild tasting way of delivering potent Chinese herbs. The infusions are pre-sweetened and dissolve fully in hot water. Just mix the contents of one packet in boiled water and take two times daily as needed. May be used short-term for a few days to a few weeks. Once the acute symptoms are resolved, this formula should be discontinued.
 
Standard Dosage: Dissolve 1 packet in 1 cup of hot water 2 x daily as needed.
