Functions: Tonifies Blood, Nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin, Replenishes Jing-essence, Strengthens Tendons and Bones, Moistens the Intestines, Expels Toxins
 
Indications: Liver Blood deficiency and Kidney Jing-essence deficiency presenting with a pale complexion, pale brittle nails, dizziness, blurring of vision, poor hearing, chronic lower back ache and weakness, generalized and post-partum weakness, anemia, menstrual disorders, post-menstrual fatigue, convalescence from surgery or serious illness, infertility, impotence, premature graying of hair, hair loss, constipation due to internal dryness chronic non-healing sores, abscesses and swellings. Used recently in treatment of hypercholesterolemia, atherosclerosis and hypertension. As well as insomnia, sleep disorders, chronic stress and various psychological disorders.
 
Ingredients: Polygonum multiflorum root. - He shou wu.
 
Cautions & Contraindications: Contraindicated for conditions due to Yin deficiency or excess heat. Contraindicated during the early stages of acute illness such as cold and flu, or during an acute infection. Use with caution in Spleen deficient patients with a tendency to loose stools, diarrhea, poor appetite or chronic digestive weakness. Contains soy.
 
Product Notes: Each 500 mg. capsule contains 250 mg. of unsulfured raw herb powder and 250 mg of 5:1 concentrated extract powder.
