Reishi Mushroom / LING CHIH (also Ling Zhi)

Functions: Calms the Shen, Nourishes the Heart, Tonifies Qi and Blood, Tonifies Lung

Indications: Restless Shen (spirit) with insomnia, fright, anxiety, palpitations, forgetfulness, poor concentration. Qi and Blood deficiency with fatigue, malaise, listlessness, dizziness, poor digestion, loose stools. Lung Qi deficiency with chronic cough with clear or white phlegm, wheezing, accelerated respiration, shortness of breath, spontaneous sweat, chronic asthma, difficulty sleeping due to dyspnea, chronic or frequent infections, lowered immunity. All symptoms worse on exertion. Used recently in the treatment of angina, hepatitis, high cholesterol, hypertension and leukopenia.

Ingredients: Ganoderma lucidum fungus. - Ling zhi.
